On error, don't return but continue processing the rest of the list. Restore directory a/mtime after creating a hardlink.

Bring mk_hlink() on par with the rest of the code regarding errors, ie log a message and go on and when over just return False indicating something, somewhere, failed.
Also, do care to restore target directory's a/mtimes after creating each hard link.
