This repository contains an Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) exploring the relationship between various dog traits and the number of reported bites. The analysis is available in the Jupyter Notebook: dog traits vs bites.ipynb.
A counter-intuitive discovery from this research is the relationship between perceived danger and actual bite frequency:
- Perception vs. Reality: Breeds that are commonly considered to be more "dangerous" actually tend to bite less frequently.
- The "Friendly" Factor: Surprisingly, dog breeds associated with positive traits such as being confident, trainable, and friendly are the ones that account for the highest number of reported bites.
