use model id instead of headers name

[N0SAFE]

use model id like manifest/test, manifest/free instead of using a custom header to route to the right routing strategy for custom routings

@brunobuddy what's your opinion on this ?

I would like that feature as well, seems pretty useful.
Would love to contribute to the project.

I like that too, I am now using a shim in nodejs to get the model from the json and add it to the headers

for those that wonder what my shim is

@N0SAFE @rondlite @akashshah3 might I ask why it's better than custom header ? what does it bring that custom headers don't ?

[rondlite]

If you could take the model id from the json body and merge it in the header, then it doesn't need an extra option or whatever.
The point is that the headers of Claude don't have the model id, the model id is only in the json body.
As workaround my proxy moves it from body to header, you could do that in Manifest instead is my thought.
