Changing packages/treeshake-server/package.json to require hono 4.12.21 without updating pnpm-lock.yaml leaves the lockfile entry for this importer at specifier/version 4.12.7, including peer resolutions for @hono/node-server and @hono/zod-validator. In this repo the install command is pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, so CI and fresh checkouts will reject the out-of-sync manifest instead of installing the security bump; please commit the corresponding lockfile update.
