Update submodule to point to official aptly.

Also, allow to build on bullseye.

I don't think this repo is still needed with the new go build: https://github.com/molior-dbs/aptly

it should only contain the molior specific config, and depend on the aptly debian package

What do you mean with "new go build"?

I am not sure I understand this either... Can you explain a bit more please?

@neolynx I've pushed a patch to drop git submodules and instead use go mod to build the package. Note that I had to use some fancy rules to install man pages from the aptly go module.
