Reading the documentation PhEval Pipeline Exomiser Runner, section 5, are described the following directories properties for resources/pheval-config.yaml file:
- exomiser
- phenotype
- workspace
Those properties have no effect in the Makefile.j2 template (indeed, the phenotype property would be very interesting for me) so I think that the documentation is outdated.
