Class for the climber subsystem

Sets motor speed to hook to the barge and pull up or release

Functions:

  • Constructer: sets motor ID
  • out: moves the hook outwards by setting motor speed to a value from RobotMap
  • in: hooks onto the barge and pulls inwards to lift the robot by setting motor speed to a value from RobotMap
  • end: sets motor speed to 0
