Added wol with Mikrotik router

Sorry if I didn't open up an issue first before I went ahead and implemented this; I got excited.

This will let the user ssh to a Mikrotik router and run /tool/wol mac=... interface=... command from that mikrotik router thus turning on the specified machine.

I kinda needed it, so I thought why not implement this for everyone in this project instead of writing my own bash scripts like I always do.

Let me know if you like this or not.

I'm not sure but I think the builds might fail because there's a new dependency (python-paramiko) and I'm not sure if I've done the autotests.
