It should no longer fail due to Packetdrill tring to coalesce packets here, but breaking MPTCP options thanks to commit 7a6b01e ("packetdrill: mptcp: fix DSS aggregation") from Paolo. While at it, slightly adapt the delays to avoid timing issues. For the second packets, a more tolerant time has been added.
