I recently went through the solution and removed the projects that were either test things that I ultimately never got anywhere with, or projects that i don't intend to make open source. atm, most projects should now build correctly outside of a few that are not updated to .net 5 |

There is a build error since since these projects are still in Z64.sln but are unused.
Perhaps I'm doing something wrong and I need external dependencies, but I just thought I'd submit this pull request just in case.
