Provides the ability to run linting tools independently from prospector if needed. This is great if one simply wants to run one of these tools like
pep257to check docstrings, but not looking at other linting errors that may not be relevant.Last time this was run, the pylintrc file was not being picked up. We should make sure this is being picked up. The best way to check is to make sure we are getting the same results from a landscape/prospector before and after.
