Fix #69, Update verify.h file

Describe the contribution

• Fixes Compile time verification checks (in verify.h) have become slightly out-of-date #69
  • A few minor updates are made to the compile-time checks in verify.h

Testing performed
GitHub CI actions all passing successfully (incl. Build + Run, Unit/Functional Tests etc.).

Expected behavior changes
No change to flight software.

System(s) tested on
Debian 12 using the current main branch of cFS bundle.
