Build 9519 [20260123] // Build 9520 [20260124]

  • NEW & UPDATED:
    • Added Use Last Used Folder (for startup purposes) #191
    • Added Carto as map layer option ref #192 partial solution for "always English" map
    • Added a TOC to the readme. (via this tool)
    • There's now also a Spanish translation stub via Weblate but it's empty.
  • BUGS & FIXES:
    • Revamped theming internally
    • Fixed GeoNames API warnings not being relayed to the user
    • Build 9520 fixes a theming error introduced in Build 9519
