Summary
Data team has a pipeline for tagging npm packages and it occurred to me that we should probably have a way of keeping these two in sync. This is not a good way, but it is better than nothing.
If you'd like to build something more official (we could theoretically push to the sheet every time this thing rebuilds, or pull from the repo from the sheet) feel free to reject this PR and suggest that.
