This PR updates the Errors Inbox documentation to include the new Sessions Impacted and Devices Impacted metrics that serve as fallback metrics when Users Impacted data isn't available. Updated documentation includes comprehensive NRQL query examples and alerting instructions for all metrics, while the mobile and browser group error pages now feature dedicated sections explaining their respective impact tracking capabilities. All changes maintain backward compatibility through redirects and cross-reference the updated documentation to ensure consistency across the Errors Inbox feature set.
