Summary

add a macvtap networking path that preserves container interfaces and provisions tap devices for QEMU when RUNCVM_NETWORK=macvtap
extend load_network and the QEMU launcher to consume macvtap device paths when provided
document the new RUNCVM_NETWORK=macvtap runtime option
