ATAK Plugin that uses BingMaps for VNS and Bird's Eye views
To use this plugin you must add your own BingMaps API Key. This key can be freely obtained here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/getting-started/bing-maps-dev-center-help/getting-a-bing-maps-key. Once you have a key you can paste it into the plugin's preferences. There are many other preference settings you can use to tail the plugin to your personal needs.
This plugin provides oblique 45-degree angle aerial imagery from Microsoft's BingMaps. The imagery will be based on the center point of the main ATAK map. Any map items within the radius defined in the plugin preferences will also be displayed in the bird's eye imagery.
To perform VNS with this plugin you should create two points labelled Start and Finish. Using the Routing tool you can select these points and use the plugin to query BingMaps for a routing solution. The are various settings to tailor how routing is done in the plugin preferences.
