I've added the option to create an hpf file and a pops file for future work. Also, now we need py-graph-imputation >= 0.0.12 and not == 0.0.12.
Please update the package to include those changes. I've also created a temp package with my changes because we need those changes integrated as soon as possible here at YoloLab.
