regtest에서 주소 검사 시 native segwit만 regtest 정상 주소로 판단

변경사항

  • 주소 오류 시 메세지 수정 '레그테스트넷 주소가 아니에요.' -> '주소 형식을 확인해 주세요.(Native Segwit 지원)'
  • en, jp도 위와 같은 의미를 가지도록 수정
