Zaps only work with lightning addresses and specifically bolt 11. We will need a massive rewrite on the zap spec to generalize to any pay-to address. |

Adds a new kind to store ln addresses for zaps and other receivables, removing the need to bug all kind 0 users with these settings that are only used if a client implements zaps and lightning flows.
