This is the 2025a release of EGSnrc. This update addresses an serious issue where IAEA phase-space variables weren't properly initialized in RZ applications, causing all particles to be incorrectly processed as photons. This serious bug warrants release 2025a. Users who have utilized IAEA phase-space files with RZ applications should review their simulation results. Anyone who has ever utilized IAEA phase-space files with RZ applications should review their simulation results.
