Component collection scripts will gather component information according to the SMBIOS, PCIe, Storage component class registries published by the TCG.

Updated the Java code to target JDK 17.

New tcg_ccr.sh and tcg_ccr.ps1 scripts will collect component information consistent with previous versions of paccor. That information was labeled according to the original TCG Component Class Registry. This document does not specify how to translate component information into the platform certificate, and that led to situations of inoperability that should be solved by the newer registries.
