At the moment it's pretty easiy to get lost on the numpy-quaddtype PyPI page. It, for example, doesn't have a link to this repo. This should help with that.
Additionally, following the example of NumPy, I updated the license metadata so that it now follows PEP 639, which mesonpy nowadays also supports.
I had to guess some of the metadata, e.g. the "beta" development status, so let me know if I should change anything.
