It does not seem to have a dune file
Core_kernel is a dep of Core, but Core is for UNIX dependent libraries, Core_kernel for UNIX independent libraries, as bitstring_lib.

It is the recommended way nowadays.
At the same time, moving sponge to Alcotest and fix some missing description in stanza def.
