If a wizard is created for demo purpose (or missclick) then cancelled, the forwardport disabled silently. A less bug prone approach would be to disable forwardports only when freezing.
This commit proposes to disable only the project forwardports when freezing. This will also give a more direct access to disable or enable the forwardport without the need to access the scheduled actions.
