[ADD] Product Kit: New Product Type #703

  • Added a new product type "Kit"
  • Enabled adding subproducts when kit type is selected
  • Added a button on sale order line for kit products
  • Clicking the button opens a wizard to manage subproducts
  • On confirmation, new order lines for subproducts are created
  • Subproduct prices are rolled up to the main kit order line
  • Added a field to control subproduct visibility in reports and invoices

In this commit:
