Not sure why this didn't get merged. With all the testing at the hackathon, I'm going to merge it now and we'll keep an eye out for any oddities.

I take it back. In the linked ome/omero-cli-zarr#171 we changed to using py-setup. Rather than introducing a new step, I'm closing.
