We have a proposal to expose RTCRtpTransceivers, and OWT SDK will take care of the relationship between OWT objects and WebRTC objects. But exposing PeerConnection could cause unexpected calls PeerConnections, and break the relationship by accident. We still need to better design this API, or expose it for testing only, perhaps behind a flag.
