All libraries are now at their latest version.
Note that the only change to the PG code required is a minor change to the generate-assets.js script due to a change in the usage of yargs.
The last commit in this pull request also adds minor changes to accommodate the newer version of iframe-resizer. That commit should be reverted if we also decide to revert the last commit of the corresponding webwork2 pull request (openwebwork/webwork2#2788) that upgrades to version 5.5.2 of iframe-resizer.
