Provide mechanism to compare subject dataset (could be plants/facilities, companies, regions, sectors, global estimates) against defined datasets (could be groups or plants/facilities, groups of companies, groups of regions, groups of sectors, global estimates, etc) across dataset dimensions:

• Emissions Intensity
• Production
• Region
• Sector

providing:

• Visual confirmation of findings (graphs of subject vs reference datasets)
• automated test cases that trigger actions if test behaves unexpectedly
• reports of data gaps (missing metrics, missing units, missing identifiers, etc)
