Added unit tests using pytest for Cleat Angle and Fin Plate connections in Osdag.

Used OSI files as test inputs
Compared with Excel data for expected results (ExpectedOuputs.xlsx)
Work in progress: facing issues in set_input_values patching
Added .osi files and corresponding test scripts under /tests/
