For Longma according to AMD's site the AMD EPYC 7543 has 32 cores, not 28.
Additionally, Karm's AST2400 OOB Management board doesn't have a listing on Aspeed's website anymore, so that's a dead link I don't know if you want to leave it as-is or remove it altogether?

which says 28-Core in the model string from the CPUID and shows a total of 112 "cpus" in the machine for 2 packages x 28 cores x 2 threads per core.

It's 7453 (https://www.amd.com/en/products/processors/server/epyc/7003-series/amd-epyc-7453.html) not 7543.
