OSVUploadr v0.2.999 [Pre-0.3]

This is mostly stable if your files are clean. It will upload from action cameras(only) but you must split different sequences into different folders. Should be self executing(just double click the jar file). If not execute via java -jar OSVUploadr.jar

What's New:
-Applying bearing(with offset) in batch to a sequence of photos. So 0 would be straight a head 90 to the right 180 facing backwards 270 to the left
-Get more possibilities from date fields (was only accepting Date Original. Now accepting in order: Date Original, Date Digitized, File time(dangerous if you've processed your photos and may mess up order of upload))
