While reading the assembly output of cosmo's auxflash in oxidecomputer/hubris#2095 PR, I noticed that TlvcReader (the
nextmethod specifically) has some panics around arithmetic. I took a look at removing them and managed to indeed get rid of the panics fromnext, though two implicit panics remain elsewhere. These were made explicit.Would @cbiffle be willing to review this?
