!! Introducing 'Learnomancer' !!
This PR is a complete rewrite of the outdated, and confusing setup-vpc.php, and start-instances.php. The rewrite uses modern PHP 8.5, CakePHP/Console implementation, and binary-style execution, complete with built-in help, and an updated README with more complete examples.
