Visual gap between atool_ft_adapter and fork_tine meshes

Bug

Visible gap between the articutool/atool_ft_adapter and articutool/fork_tine bodies in the viser viewer. These are rigidly connected (no joint between them) so the gap is a mesh alignment issue, not physics.

Body chain

atool_ft_adapter (pos="0 0 0.019", has joint2)
  └─ atool_ft (pos="0 0.01 0", fixed)
       └─ fork_tine (pos="0 0.0109 0", fixed)

Possible causes

1. Mesh alignment: the mesh origins may not match the body offsets exactly
2. Mesh decimation (commit 6b22800 — 654K→177K faces) may have removed detail that visually bridged the gap
3. The gap may have always existed but was less noticeable before

Not caused by

• PD gain tuning (7412fe7) — no joints between these bodies
• Any teleop/servo changes — rigid connection, not affected by control
