Parsing xml from an RSS feed (https://weather-broker-cdn.api.bbci.co.uk/en/forecast/rss/3day/2654677)
was getting confused due to CDATA and some chars like 5°C
I also added a DEL which appears to free up a few bytes (but I'm not fully convinced)
