Shadyside Police Department Robocop: for assisting moderation of Angory_Tom Discord server.

Makes use of the Google Sheets API to access a remote spreadsheet to be used as a database.

• Record of reprimands known as strikes.
• Punishments resulting from accumulated strikes.
• Dates from which strikes may be appealed.
