Part of ENG-4529. Moves the SignozSwift requirement from branch: "main" to from: "0.4.2", which is SignozSwift's current production release. SwiftPM resolves a library's requirements in each consumer, so this is the requirement macrocosm-astrolabe, macrocosm-status and both cosmos-clis inherit through Astrolabe. BuildSpace's Swift promote checks a library against its Package.swift and refuses branch: "main", so this also unblocks promoting Astrolabe once #34 is in.

Package.resolved now pins SignozSwift at 0.4.2 (4b62b44). It also drops opentracing-objc and thrift-swift, which nothing requires anymore since SignozSwift switched to photon-hq/opentelemetry-swift. No other pin changes. SignozSwift's public API is unchanged since 0.2.4.
