This link does not work for now. As this doc will be displayed only in the dev version, is it okay? Or should we update v9.0.0 in the link to nightly?

All v9.0.0 in this doc should be replaced with the truly released version(i.e. v9.0.0-beta.1), so the real link should be something like https://tiup-mirrors.pingcap.com/cdc-v9.0.0-beta.1-linux-amd64.tar.gz
