+ 用于控制 TiDB 启动时是否并发初始化统计信息。该配置项仅在 [`lite-init-stats`](#lite-init-stats-从-v710-版本开始引入) 为 `false` 时生效。
+ 默认值：在 v8.2.0 之前版本中为 `false`，在 v8.2.0 及之后版本中为 `true`。
