New entry not in documented alphabetical order

github:shivamhwp is appended at the end of the file, but line 11 specifies # Keep entries sorted alphabetically. In case-insensitive order, shivamhwp belongs between shiroyasha9 and Yash-Singh1, not after Ymit24. This is a trust list used by a vouch workflow, so maintaining the documented sort order matters for discoverability and avoiding duplicate entries.
