Attempt at transferring in-memory sessions across deployments using shared /persistent cache and Unix domain sockets (API).

TODOs:

  • tests
  • telemetry
  • add dump_restore process
  • handle possible race conditions
  • async_nolink or async_stream_nolink
  • remove unnecessary configurability
