Summary

nest the installable repository beneath source/
add template-owned pompeii.yml, workbench.yml, Lux skill, and repository map
keep bundle metadata outside the repository users receive

Validation

parsed the preview and workbench contracts through Pompeii's strict publisher
built the source-only git bundle twice and confirmed the same deterministic HEAD both times
verified the resulting metadata includes the preview, workbench, skill, and map contract
