This is kind of gross, but I unpacked the 0.0.89 deb file, bumped the version number in DEBIAN/control to 0.0.90-1, and then repackaged it. After installing, apt sees it as version 0.0.90-1, so this should allow people who had 0.0.90 installed to upgrade to this version normally. My system's able to wget the file from Dropbox, so hopefully the build server will be able to as well. This will all be undone whenever Discord releases the next version.
Will need to test in staging to make sure it's okay before releasing.
