This PR fixes all broken links in /tutorials/.

  • I had to remove some small sections since the referenced examples where present in the old site but not in the new.

related to #527

Link was present in old page but is not in new
https://web.archive.org/web/20230701000000*/https://p5js.org/examples/color-radial-gradient.html
Based on the snapshots of the wayback machine this was just a small example
I guess the variables-and-change tutorial could be referenced here
This link was present in the old site not in the new
https://web.archive.org/web/20240228085129/https://p5js.org/examples/control-logical-operators.html

I guess it was removed since it was a faulty or broken
There is no record on the wayback machine that this ever existed

@Qianqianye This is the first PR. I did commit each change by its own but it think this could be squashed to not create to much noise in the git history.
