Event rules on the default bus have ARNs and metrics that do not include the event bus name.
In my AWS account with only the default bus, I am unable to find any rules whose ARNs match either of the current regexes in the resourcegroupstaggingapi results, or any cloudwatch metrics in AWS/Events that have an
EventBusNamedimension.
