Issue

Implementation voting for a contested resources

Things done

  • Added voting controls button field to contested resources list
  • Laid foundation for pattern matching validation state (logic prepared for future implementation)
  • Added current vote check to disable identical voting button
  • Implemented relevant identity lookup from identities list for voting access
  • Adapted responsive layout for new voting field
  • Added global context and API for network switching and display (including SDK switching)
