The documentation for `axi_xbar` is now auto generated from the source file. The diagram has been moved to docs:. It is no longer necessary to keep these files.
Questa 2020.1 did not like generating the localparam UserWidth from the port.

This is a first WIP to update
axi_demuxaccording to #153. This is intended to be merged after #157 and sits on top of that branch.Same general changes regarding the documentation as in #157. Feedback regarding the inline doc would be appreciated.
