Fills the gap on /releases/ (nothing since 2026-07-30) with the user-facing work that shipped Aug 4-20 across pulumi/pulumi, pulumi/pulumi-service, and Pulumi Labs: - pulumi do stateful, zero-setup resource operations (GA in v3.258.0) - August CLI and SDK rollup (interactive pulumi new, credential encryption, pulumi state get, --ignore-protect, Go stack policies) - Experimental Rust support (pulumi-labs/pulumi-rust) - Notification center for Pulumi Cloud (TODO: confirm editions/docs) - Insights graph query API (DRAFT: confirm GA/editions/docs) The last two carry in-file TODO markers for details to confirm before they're published.
